For general questions about ISOC-AU, our positions, or anything not covered below.
Contact
ISOC-AU is run by a volunteer committee rather than a staffed office, so email is the most reliable way to reach us. Tell us what you're after and we'll route it to the right working area.

Membership
For questions about membership classes, applications, or getting involved in a working area.
Media
For journalists seeking comment on internet policy matters or background on ISOC-AU's positions.
Governance
For questions about the annual general meeting, minutes, or standing for the committee.
A few things are worth knowing up front: ISOC-AU does not operate a customer support line for internet service issues, billing disputes, or complaints about a specific provider — those matters sit with your service provider or the relevant industry ombudsman. We're a policy and advocacy body, not a regulator, and we can't intervene in individual disputes.
If you're writing about a policy matter, a quick note on which of our seven working areas it relates to helps your message reach the right people faster.
Membership is the most direct way to shape what ISOC-AU says next.
